The Parish Council considered the above application and this is the outcome 

The application was considered in three parts

Access, change of use and stables with hardstanding etc.

 

A debate took place on the access, and this was supported only by 2 councillors, 2 abstained and 1 was against.

 

The change of use and the stables was supported by 4 councillors with 1 abstaining each time.
