Hi Beth,

I have clarified the dimension for you. The flat roof behind the parapet is at 2890mm.

Regards

Tim

Afternoon Tim

Thank you for confirming proposed materials.

I have just been measuring the proposed extension and it seems the eaves are 0.1m too high (they should be no higher than 3 metres as the extension would be within 2 metres of the boundary) (part i of Class A of the GPDO) – technical guidance states that the eaves on a flat roof extension should be measured to the upper surface of the flat roof

I’m not sure whether this is just because the drawings have not been scanned onto our system properly as there is no scale bar for me to check the scale against

Would you be able to check your drawings for me please and ensure that the eaves of the proposed extension are no higher than 3 metres, it would be helpful if you could add a scale bar to the submitted drawings so that I am able to confirm this myself

Kind regards

Beth Lennon
